Service was 5 star. Sushi was good and fresh. Took one star off because the restaurant could be cleaned a lot better. More attention needs to be on cleaning the floors and dusting.
The food here is always so good and fresh! I feel like it is decently priced because you're getting great quality food. Since moving to Knoxville, this has become my go to spot for sushi
Absolutely delicious food. The Double Dynamite Roll and Chasu Pork Miso Ramen were fantastic. Im very excited to visit again to try more items on the menu. Service was promt and attentive. Overall space was nice but I sat at the sushi bar to see the masters at work!

The food is amazing, and has a nice, lo-key atmosphere. Great for conversations with friends or date nights. The one thing that I feel is missing is a poke bowl selection to complement the exquisite sushi.

I recently visited Anaba and had an outstanding experience. The staff was incredibly friendly, and sitting at the bar allowed for fast service. The sushi was delicious - I had the dippin roll and the crunchy crab roll. What I love about this place is that the sushi is fantastic but also affordable. I also enjoyed a craft local beer on tap, the Sexy Cat by Hexagon Brewing, which was crisp and delicious. Overall, it was a 5/5 experience. A helpful tip: you can't tip on a gift card, so be sure to bring cash or another way to tip, like using a separate credit card.
